My wife and I decided to do a complete renovation of our 35-year-old house, and that included a showcase, professional, high performing kitchen, and a high-quality washer and dryer. Dave at RiverBend helped us select manufacturers and specific models of appliances. He steered us away from products that were no longer as reliable as they had been in the past. We decided to get mostly Miele products and Subzero fridge and freezer. They seem amazing. Throughout the long project Dave worked with us right through installation. He even helped us get the rebates that Miele was offering that had escaped our attention. We will be moving back into the house Jan 2024 and can't wait to use the appliances in our dream home.

We had gone over to RiverBend & Company originally to look at appliances. Unbeknownst to us, the owner, Donna, designs kitchen layouts. We went back to her to come up with a few designs for our small kitchen space. With her knowledge of materials, cabinetry, tile, finishes and of course, appliances, she was able to design a beautiful, functional, and more open kitchen space for us. Donna's attention to detail was exceptional. Her kitchen installation team was great to work with as well. Having to do a kitchen remodel in the middle of a global pandemic was no easy feat and she made it easy for us to get through it.

I cannot say enough about Dave and the team at Riverbend. They went above and beyond to get us our gas range here before we moved in our new house. They helped us go through all the models, different sizes, specs etc.. He was extremely patient and accommodating to what we wanted in this purchase. They are a great local business that truly cares about making their customers happy. A prime example is Dave and I troubleshooting a small adjustment on FaceTime, who does that at a big box retailer??? I can honestly tell you that they will have a loyal customer for a long time to come.

We highly recommend Donna & RiverBend for their exceptional services. We built a brand-new kitchen from scratch, and not knowing the first thing about modeling or re-modeling, Donna consulted us in what we needed, wanted, and could afford, and created a stunning end result. She personally selected, put together, and modeled various options for the layout, as well as styles, colors, and quality, for all parts of the kitchen including cabinets, granite countertop, backsplash, wall color, and floor tile so that we could visualize the finished product, and choose what works best for us. Not only did Donna design the kitchen for us, but she took ownership of the project ensuring that the installations on the various pieces were nothing less than perfect, ensuring that we didn't have to lift a finger. She's an expert at what she does, and we will absolutely be using her again on other projects.

Our Kitchen and pantry renovations came true because of Donna & Dave at Riverbend! We had a very small dreary kitchen space before we met with Donna, the layout was very basic with one long counter against a wall and not much room for cooking let alone entertaining in. There was no space for storage of dishes or food. When we met with Donna we discussed what would address these issues, with her great expertise and talent she designed us the "magazine" perfect kitchen, pantry and drink station. Its bright, inviting, organized and beautifully timeless. My favorite part of my kitchen is the island space Donna designed. The island has an abundance of room for me to prep and cook while my children do homework and my husband sits and relaxes after work and we can chat and spend our chore time as family time all in this one space! I also love the pantry area where snacks and nonperishables are hidden but easily accessible. We also bought our appliances through Riverbend. We are very pleased with the quality and performance of our bertazonni appliances, and Dave was very helpful and accommodating to deliver them to us and arrange them in place. The best part of our experience with Riverbend is Donna and Dave's inviting and kind personality, they make the whole experience lovely and fun!
