Liz Barbour has been cooking professionally in the Boston area since 1992 and started Liz Barbour’s The Creative Feast in 2004. Her cooking demonstrations help to demystify the cooking process by focusing on cooking instruction, knife skills and the healthy benefits of cooking at home while using fresh local whole food ingredients.
Liz's cooking demonstrations and recipes have been featured on New Hampshire Chronicle, Liz appears regularly on WMUR Channel 9’s “Cooks Corner”, and her recipes are featured in various publications including New Hampshire Magazine. In addition to her love of cooking, Liz is also an avid gardener and uses many of her edible flowers in her cooking.
